<aside> 👥 As this was the first milestone, we used most of the time to get to know each other and assume our roles. For this project, I assumed the role of manager. As a manager, my job was to facilitate conversations between team members and the 1P13 instructional team, promote an equitable work environment, assume a leadership role, and manage team conflicts if any. For this project, we were to split into two sub-teams, the computing sub-team and the modelling sub-team, for this project I was on the modelling sub-team.
