For this project I was presented with a totally different viewpoint from what I initially knew. One of the different notions that I learnt was the fact that deciding on a design that would effectively sterilize and secure the tool given is a much harder task that I initially anticipated. One of the biggest hurdles I faced was ensuring that the assigned team member for this task was on the same page and corporate about using one design over the other. Through this I learnt that in order to promote a teamwork environment, I would have to learn how to concede, even if I am not always in compliance. Communication and corporation were essential tool needed for this project.
