Through the reading and research of the components of the turbine blade and understanding the different advantages of using wind energy, I was able to benefit by understanding a variety of new things and skills such as the use of Autodesk inventor to model the component and Granta Edu-pack to decide on the best material to use. The biggest hurdle I faced as regards to this project was trying to keep up with all the new information that was being taught. Other things I learned from this project was the value of relations among team members, I, together with my teammates were effectively able to finish the project due to that important factor.
